VolUNTary Consent

VolUNTary consent is sexy! Survivor Advocacy, Equal Opportunity & Title IX, and Dean of Students launched a campaign for the whole Mean Green family to spread awareness on what consent looks and sounds like. Consent is required prior to ALL sexual activity and can be revoked at anytime. Find resources, tips, and more at idea.unt.edu/voluntary-consent. Share the link with your friends and co-workers to encourage conversations about consent!

Employee Experience Survey

In order to determine ways to better support our faculty and staff, we invite you to take the UNT Employee Experience Survey. The survey will build upon recent Gallup results from the fall, and will help each division VP develop unit-appropriate plans. In addition, the VPs will also initiate focus groups in their divisions to hear first-hand from staff, including how we can maintain required staffing but provide schedule flexibility that has become so common outside of higher education.

Congratulations

With the announcement of Provost Jennifer Evans-Cowley nomination as sole finalist for the University of Texas-Arlington (UTA) presidency, Staff Senate thanks Dr. Cowley for her leadership over the last several years.
