How long have you worked at UNT?

I have worked at UNT for 20 years!

What is your department and what does your position entail?

I work at the Student Health & Wellness Center as the Director of Healthcare Administration.  I manage all administrative departments who work to support our Clinical staff and to keep the Clinic running smoothly while providing the very best customer service to our patients.

What do you like about your position?

I love the fact that I do not have daily duties. I rarely have two days that are the same – there is never a dull moment at the SHWC!  I love my work family!

What is your favorite place to eat on or around campus?

Avesta! They have amazing food and they were so gracious to provide free meals to our essential personnel during the initial months of COVID-19. 

Tell us something about yourself!

I was born and raised right here in Denton, Texas!  I love my little town and all it has to offer. I like to spend my spare time traveling, reading, spending time with my family, and hanging out on Lake Texoma in my boat.
