International Travel

Starting Jan. 26, the CDC will require all air travelers to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or recovery from COVID-19 before boarding flights to the U.S. from any international location. In addition, all faculty, staff or students will be asked to quarantine off campus for 10 days.

To report your international travel to the COVID hotline, call 844-366-5892, or email COVID@unt.edu for instructions on their quarantine period or on-campus quarantine housing.

Getting tested for COVID-19 is a big part of helping keep our UNT community safe and free from the virus. Starting Jan. 28, in the University Union and Feb. 2, in the Gateway Center, faculty, staff and students will have a new option for COVID-19 testing through Curative, Inc. The testing will be available from 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m. Sunday to Saturday in the University Union, Room 381, and Monday to Friday in the Gateway Center, Room 52. To sign up for the free testing, visit cur.tv/UNTunion or cur.tv/UNTgateway. Testing still will be available through WellHealth (register at gogettested.com) and the Student Health and Wellness Center. Faculty, staff and students are strongly encouraged to get a COVID-19 test before returning to campus — or as soon as possible after returning. The President's Edge logoThe President’s EDGE Relocation

The President’s Edge now has a new location in Marquis Hall, Room 205. The President’s EDGE is a joint initiative of the President’s cabinet and the College of Education, which provides employees support and opportunities for advancement within the UNT community. It opened its doors in the spring of 2011 as a program to assist staff members to study for and obtain their high school equivalency certificate. Thanks to the support of the university community, the program has expanded to meet the diverse needs of the staff and includes English as a second language, computer skills, citizenship studies, résumé assistance and basic Spanish.

The UNT Pride Alliance is currently seeking book and movie donations to lend to students. Please bring donations by the Union, Suite 372 on Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

 

 

 

 

W-2 Forms

If you signed up to receive your W-2 form electronically, it's available for downloading.  After logging into my.untsystem.edu click on the "Human Resources" tab and then click on "View W-2 Forms" under "Payroll and Compensation" and follow the instructions. Make sure pop-up blockers are turned off (if your W-2 still doesn't appear, hold down the ALT key while clicking on "Year End Form" to temporarily remove any pop-up blocks). If you didn't consent to receive your W-2 electronically, a paper W-2 will be mailed by Feb. 1. If you have any questions, email payroll@untsystem.edu or call 940-369-5500.  

Mean Green Athletics Attendance

Attendance at Mean Green soccer, softball and volleyball games this spring will be extremely limited to help keep fans and student-athletes as safe as possible. Events will be streamed on CUSA.tv.
