Membership & Assessment Committee

1. Add details of the Graduate Assistant duties to the current procedure manual
2. Plan and execute the election process from January to May
3. Create a written step-by-step election process to be added to the manual
4. Coordinate with Elections Committee to maintain an accurate constituency pool list
5. Review procedures annually and conduct research as assigned by the Executive Committee
6. Manage officer elections in August
7. Assist with committee assignments for new senators in the summer

The Membership & Assessment Committee shall

• Research and present bylaw changes, as needed.
• Assist each administrative unit with the elections process.
• Manage the Staff Senate officer election process.
