Summer Benefits Enrollment 2022

Mark your calendar and watch the mail for your personalized benefits enrollment statement ("PBES") from ERS. Starting next week, June 27 - July 9, UNT Employees can make changes to benefit elections in the ERS portal (online) during your Summer Enrollment time. Never logged in to your ERS account portal? Register here. Not making any changes to your Benefits elections for the next plan year (Sept. 1, 2022 – Aug. 31, 2023)?  You don't need to do anything.  Your current coverages will continue as they are.

Did you know that free counseling for help with family, legal or financial issues is just a call or click away for UNT System Enterprise employees? The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), powered by ComPsych GuidanceResources Online, can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

2022 We Care We Count Campaign Results

The results are in! This year our faculty and staff members came together to support more than 142 funds, giving $395,192 through 933 gifts that will have a direct impact on the lives of our students! The most popular funds were the UNT Fund and the Career Readiness Initiative. 817 donors participated with 20% making their gift to the campaign for the first time. Thank you to everyone who made a gift to this year's faculty and staff giving campaign! 

Travel Training

This training will cover the most important policies, guidelines, and best practices to plan and conduct travel as well as explain Concur for travel authorizations and expense reports, as well as non-overnight travel, such as mileage reimbursements, and non-travel related reimbursements. Staff, faculty, and supervisors who travel frequently, deal with travel related matters, or seek non-overnight stay expense reimbursements (business meals, local mileage, etc.) should attend this training. Date: June 21 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

UNT Employee's Guide to Workplace Flexibility

In follow-up to the President’s message* regarding themes emerging from January’s Employee Experience Survey, HR is hosting training to aid you in understanding your options for flexible and remote work (FWA), as some of you may be able to work fully/partially remote or be able to meet expectations with creative schedules. This training is designed to be a one-stop resource to provide staff with information on options, items to consider when requesting a flexible work arrangement, professionalism, communications, and staying engaged and connected regardless of when or where you work! All employees across campus are encouraged to complete this training session. Date: June 30 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
