The Office of Continuous Improvement offers training to teach the UNT community a structured and practical problem-solving approach. Participants learn how to identify and effectively analyze issues, determine their root cause, and successfully implement countermeasures. Sessions incorporate a coaching model to ensure the problem-solving methodology is applied to the resolution of a narrowly focused problem within the scope the participant’s responsibilities.

An introductory meeting will be hosted to discuss the Continuous Improvement System training and commitment expected from participants. Our introductory meeting will be Dec. 18 (Wednesday) from 11:30 am to noon. To learn more about this training opportunity, register at UNT Bridge by Dec. 13.
