Brian McFarlin, Associate Dean in the College of Education, is presenting a webinar as an expert in the field of nutrition to employees across the state: Listen to Your Gut! Building a Healthy Microbiome (aka Gut Health) and Immune System, on March 24 at 10 a.m.

 

Emerald Eagle Scholars Program

The Emerald Eagle Scholars Program is seeking nominations from staff and faculty for the EESP Member of the Year. The award is given to a student who is involved not only with the EESP office but also with extracurricular activities, honor societies and volunteer work. The nomination form closes on March 26.

Reality Education for Drivers

Do you have children in the 16 to 25 years old range? Medical City Denton is offering a free traffic safety injury prevention program on March 29 from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Community service hours are available for taking the training and some learners may be able to receive a discount on their car insurance (to be determined by your insurance company).
