Cultural Humility 101
Do you want to learn about cultural humility but don't know where to start? Are you short on time? Cultural Humility 101 is right for you! This session introduces the concept of cultural humility, self-reflection, and their application to all fields of employment.
Registration is now open for the upcoming Lunch & Learn held on Thursday, March 12, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in Union 332. Attendees can register for the class and a free lunch HERE.

RecycleMania!
Take a look at some great events UNT We Mean Green Fund is hosting for RecycleMania!
UNT Recycling Facility Tours
Ignite your inner environmentalist and tour UNT’s Recycling Facility on Feb. 21 for a behind-the-scenes look at recycling on campus. Discover ways you can help improve recycling at the University of North Texas and find out how you can prevent recycling contamination.
This tour is offered at two separate times on the same day (11 a.m.-12 p.m. & 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m.). Space is limited to 25 people per tour so register online to reserve your spot! UNT students, staff, and faculty are all welcome.

UNT Merch Swap
Do you have UNT shirts, hats, bags, or other gently-used UNT swag items that no longer bring you joy? Want to brighten up your closet with a new pop of green? Come to the first-ever RecycleMania UNT Merch Swap on Feb. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Union 341. It's FREE! Join the reuse movement and take home something new to you!
Students, faculty, and staff: Please donate your clean, gently-used or new UNT merch that you no longer need or use and deliver them to Union 376 by Friday, February 21, 2020. UNT uniform items are not permitted for this event.
Nothing to swap? You can still attend the UNT Merch Swap to make sure all items find a new home. Spring cleaning brings UNT greening!

Thank a Staff Member
UNT staff members are the backbone of the university, providing essential support to students, faculty, administration and each other. They are essential to the success of students, of UNT and the entire university community.
Recognize a fellow staff member for excellent work and great service by filling out the Thank a Staff Member form and submitting it by Friday, March 6. Excerpts will be displayed at the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, which will be presented by DATCU on Wednesday, March 18, and shared with the staff member, supervisor and vice president. Update: Staff Appreciation Luncheon will be held on Thursday, Apr. 2.
